王志成，男，1975年生，工学博士，副研究员，江苏人，现为同济大学电子与信息工程学院教工第八支部书记。1998年6月毕业于华中理工大学生物工程系，获工学学士学位。1998年8月至2000年6月在江苏无锡海鹰电子有限公司工作。2000年9月至2002年12月在华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院攻读硕士学位，于2002年底取得工学硕士学位。2003年2月在华中科技大学图像识别与人工智能研究所学习，并于2006年6月获得模式识别与智能系统专业的工学博士学位。近年来一直从事机器视觉、模式识别与人工智能等方面的研究工作，作为主要负责人先后完成了专用重点项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家863计划、上海市科委等科研项目的研究，在国际顶级期刊或会议上发表论文80多篇。
